omg morningstar farms‘ baby corn dogs are soooo good! i am in eat-all-the-junk-food-in-the-world mode right now, and these, happily, satisfied that. it could have been worse. it could have been pizza! or potato chips! but it was baby corn dogs and frozen bean&cheese burritos. i finally successfully fed my venus flytrap. when i got home from the requisite amaretto sours ($3 on tuesdays!) at kai’s, i had bugs stuck to my shirt for some reason. i carefully fed them to the plant, who does not have a name yet, though i am taking suggestions. (sho‘s is named luigi but [...] it is one of those days/weeks/months where i am acutely aware of everything that is wrong with me. it mostly all comes down to the same few things. insecure, basing ideas of self on others’ assumed perceptions, which assumptions are of course skewed by own wacky ideas of self, blah blah. but considering that there [...] depending on where i am next year, i might try to get a cat. a grey kitty, or maybe calico. i shall name her rhett & miller. the & is pronounced “ampersand,” not “and.” rhett ampersand miller. she will also go by stewart ransom miller, just for fun. today i thought about making this site a blog of lists. all my entries would just be lists of things. today there were lots of things i wanted to make lists of, like interesting people on the street, and funny things i heard (“jesus doesn’t want people to lie!,” said very emphatically at the lyndon [...] i think i clench my teeth in the daytime now. every evening my jaw and my temples are kind of sore like they are in the morning when i have been grinding my teeth all night. i wear my gummy mouthguard all night now like a good girl, and sometimes i wake up chomping on [...] so i’ve made a small list of things that might be good about living at mom’s next year: she has a dvd player; maybe i can garden a little; sometimes she’s nice; my sister’s there; i will have lots of free time to knit and sew and do other fun crafty things. |
