What I had for dinner on Friday, November 25, 2011

Friend Anne’s Kentucky Hot Brown. Except we used gravy instead of making cheese sauce, because we were super lazy. This may invalidate the whole thing but I don’t care because it was delicious all the same.

Homegrown turkey. Macrina bread. Kittitas Greenhouse tomato. Home-cured and -smoked bacon. Homemade gravy of turkey drippings and Utah organic flour. OMG So tasty.

REQUIRED to serve with a salad with a good vinegary vinaigrette, because otherwise you might die.
