Crock pot meal!

On Wednesday I thawed a roast of some kind, sliced it, and browned it in a hot pan. I threw it in the crock pot with a baggie of frozen B.I. Farms corn, some frozen roasted homegrown tomatoes, chopped frozen Leapfrog Farm celery, two minced homegrown pickled jalapeños, some homemade chicken stock, some garlic tile, and a baggie of frozen sautéed Laughing Crow onions. I turned it on and let it get all nice and cooked and then turned it off and put it in the fridge.

When G. got home from work on Thursday he took it back out and turned it on, and it was ready and waiting by the time I got home. We had it on tortillas with homemade goat sour cream.
