What I had for dinner on Wednesday, February 29, 2012

I thought of something new that we have never had for dinner before! It was BAKED POTATOES WITH STUFF. I had to call Betsey (the Laughing Crow farmer) to verify which variety of potato would be best baked, and she said Snowflake. It turned out to be extremely delicious baked and then served with homemade homegrown goat sour cream, homegrown chopped green onions, home-cured and -smoked (but not homegrown) bacon, and homemade homegrown goat cheddar cheese.
