What I had for dinner on Friday, August 3, 2012

Mostly-homegrown party time! By “party” I mean just me and G. having dinner as usual.

Kitsap-grown flank steak, from our freezer cow (thanks cow), more or less following the Simply Recipes version.

OK, I typed the above nine days ago, and I don’t remember what all I was planning to say. But I suspect that we had homegrown radish, homegrown green onion, and homegrown cabbage with the carne asada, on store-made fresh tortillas.
