Halal chicken with rice. I used a whole (hg, of course) chicken, parted out — drumsticks, thighs, and breasts all separated. It took longer to cook than I thought. Otherwise I did everything according to the recipe and/or my previous post. It was extremely delicious.

Coleslaw made of homegrown purple cabbage, Nash’s carrots, and homemade mayonnaise made from homegrown yolk and storebought organic olive & canola oils. Sweet corn from the farmstand, on the grill.
