Local niçoise but without the salad!

Homegrown chicken thighs with HFWBBQ sauce, with grilled green beans with lemon juice, olive oil and homegrown garlic and red (cayenne) pepper flakes. With a bit of Macrina baguette to mop up extra barbecue sauce.
All week I had in my head a lightly breaded and fried fillet of white fish, served with a lemony caper shallot sauce.
Today I made it!
At the T&C Market, we picked up some gorgeous fresh wild-caught (US/Canada) fillets of sole.
