Spaghetti! With sauce made of a pound of ground beef, two quarts island tomatoes, and probably some onions and garlic. Storebought pasta because my pasta-making station is still full of other crap, :( . After reducing a bunch I froze a pint of the sauce for another day.

The other day I made pasta sauce, but there was way too much, so I filled up a pint jar with the reduced sauce and hucked it the freezer. Today we thawed it out and ate it with about a quarter of a box of storebought Barilla spaghetti.
